Business operations and efficiency nerd, helping business owners organize their books and processes so they can sleep at night. Over 20 years of diverse experience in ethical business operations, designing and implementing process improvements, and creating calm in the midst of chaos. Patented inventor, serial business owner and dog lover.

Experience

Sheriese has owned and consulted for several small companies and startups, as well as an LLC founded and managed by Intel, Sony, Warner Bros., NBC/Universal and Comcast, Microsoft, Twentieth Century Fox, Paramount, Lionsgate, Panasonic, Verizon, DTS, Deluxe, Adobe and Toshiba.

Sheriese has a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Bachelor's Degree in Biological Science.  She is an Accredited Small Business Consultant with AASBC, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and certified as an Ethical Leader by NASBA Center for the Public Trust.  She is an active member in several business associations including AASBC, ABPMP, SBA and the SCORE Association.

A focus on improved efficiency

With a successful history in process analysis and optimization, Sheriese is able to alert management to potential areas of concern, and create innovative processes to mitigate associated risk.  She improves efficiency by evaluating, revising and streamlining internal practices, resulting in increased revenue.

She has achieved substantial results in restructure of inefficient processes including client  invoicing, collections, expense reporting, and vendor account management. Her ability to decipher and correct complex operational inefficiencies has resulted in significant financial recoveries.

Outside Of Work

Sheriese spends time outside of work raising her 2 daughters. Along with their dogs, the family loves to travel, create mini adventures and explore the area around their San Francisco home base.
